Downsizing isn't just a question of size... It's more often a question of price.

We are building retirement homes that still give you the opportunity of living in a large space with room for your families and friends to visit. And when you de-clutter, you don't have to throw out all those things that still mean a lot to you; that are the loving memories of your life. Yet our houses are modern, very green and in an environment that is suited to the peace and tranquility of retirement. We believe in lower cost quality retirement homes which allow you to sell your home at a comfortable profit, buy one of ours and have cash to spend on your retirement.

Our homes come complete with fitted kitchens, all bathrooms and full tiling where stated.
All retirement homes will be freehold, but the common areas will belong to the Wiltshire Leisure Village until such times as this final section of the development is completed.

Can I help in the design of the interior?

Absolutely. Buy before we start building and, at no extra cost, you can help create an interior design that suits your lifestyle.

Can I use my property for investments?

All Properties can be rented out through either in-house management services, an agent of your choice, or by yourself.

Why do I pay a service charge?

The management will be responsible for the maintenance of the area, main services and the exterior painting, etc, of the lodges. The charge will be on a cost basis with regard to the actual service provided.
